Pamela M. Lake

Pamela Marie Lake, age 55, of Belding, passed away peacefully at home under hospice care on January 5, 2024. She was born on October 7, 1968, in Belding, a daughter of Larry W. and Della M. (Miller) Graham, both of whom preceded her in death. Pam attended Belding Schools and worked several positions in automotive parts manufacturing during her lifetime. Pam always enjoyed time with family, and she truly thrived as a grandmother. Once they arrived, it was her mission to spend as much time with – and spoil the grandchildren as much as possible. She loved outings to the park or other destinations for picnics and fun in the sun. When at home, she enjoyed watching Hell’s Kitchen or any good crime show.             

Pam leaves to cherish her memory, her long-time friend and life companion, Mark Chlebek of Belding; her daughters, Samantha Lake of Stanton, and Kristina (Todd Davis) Lake of Edmore; the beloved grandchildren, Emma, Lilly-Anna, and Xavier; her siblings Rodney Goodin, Teresa (Steve) Springstead, Karen Morris, and Sandy Graham; Mark’s mother, Vickie Chlebek; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Brian Graham.  

A Memorial Service followed by a luncheon will be hosted at Family Life Center Church of God, on M-91 north of Belding, on Saturday, January 20, at 2:00 p.m.  Please note this is a new day for the gathering to be held and was moved due to the forecast bad weather.
